After you place your order, we create a digital proof of your keepsake and send it to you within 24–48 hours. You must approve the proof before anything is made.
Production
Once you approve your proof, production takes 3–5 business days.

Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after your item ships.

Most orders arrive 10–16 days after purchase, including proof approval time.
