Here’s what happens after you order
Three steps. Nothing ships until you’ve approved exactly how your keepsake looks.
01 — Upload one photo
After checkout, share your favourite photograph of your pet. Any format works — JPEG, PNG, screenshot, even a frame from a video. The only requirement is that their face is clear and well-lit enough to read the features.
Not sure if your photo is good enough? Send it anyway. We’ll let you know if we need something different, and we’ll tell you exactly what to look for.
02 — Approve your proof
Within 24–48 hours of receiving your photo, we’ll send you a digital preview — the exact engraving, sized and laid out as it will appear on your pendant.
Look at every detail: the portrait likeness, the line weight, the text, the spacing. If anything isn’t right, tell us and we’ll revise it. There’s no limit on revisions and no extra charge. We go back and forth until you’re fully happy. Nothing gets made until you say yes.
03 — We engrave and ship
Once you approve your proof, we engrave your necklace and get it in the post. Fulfilment takes 3–5 business days from your approval. Standard tracked shipping is included — you’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
